Food eaten in smaller amounts gives your digestive system a better chance of digesting it. Avoid bending unnecessarily after eating food.
Eat sensibly. Some foods can bring on the symptons of heartburn for some people. If you find this is the case then you should either avoid them or seek medical advice. Being overweight, bad posture and tight clothing can also be associated with heartburn.
